Oral care is an essential part of health and wellness for our feline friends. Almost 85% of all cats have some form of dental disease at just a few years of age. Proper dental care is vital to prevent bad breath, bacterial infections, tartar and plaque accumulation, gum disease, tooth loss, and a wide range of many other physical ailments. It is up to us to care for our cats teeth by brushing them, giving them dental chews, feeding a dental diet, using a dental water additive, and/or bringing them to your Veterinarian for a dental scaling and prophylaxis. Please give us a call or come by for a visit and we would be happy to set up an appointment for a complete physical and dental examination for your cat.
